Foldout is software for real estate syndication General Partners (GPs). A GP or their asset manager drops in rough operating notes for a deal, and Foldout drafts a structured investor update written in the GP's own voice and branded to their firm. The GP reviews, edits, approves, and sends it as a PDF or a private link. Foldout never invents numbers, and customer data is not used to train any AI model.
